Carl Jung

Dealcoholized Carl Jung wines are a brand new category of wine (and at the same time non-alcoholic beverage) on the Czech and Slovak markets. Though they have a minimum of alcohol (less than 0.5% ABV), Carl Jung wines are "real wines". Furthermore, they have only 1/3 of the calories of normal wine. Best of all, they are now available online from http://www.carl-jung.cz. The manufacturing process entails normal wine from which, via a patented vacuum extraction process, alcohol is removed. Yet the wine retains most of the taste characteristics one would associate with wine and of course, all the positive health aspects. Dealcoholized wines are an excellent alternative for drivers, sports inclined, expectant and nursing mothers and all those, whose do not not consume alcohol for lifestyle or health reasons, yet wish to enjoy the taste of wine or try an alternative to fruit juices, water or sweet carbonated drinks.

Carl Jung dealcoholized still wines come in three varietals: Merlot, Riesling and Müller Thurgau. Also very popular is the dealcoholized demisec sparkling wine Mousseux, made from the Müller Thurgau (80%) and Riesling (20%) varietals as well as the unique Bitter Rosso vermoth. As promised, Rosé and Peach Sparkling are now also available.

And what do personalities say about dealcoholized wine? Well known Czech singer Standa Hlozek says: "Alcohol does not belong behind the wheel, and now I've discovered a great product - dealcoholized wine, which has started to be distributed. I was quite surprised that chilled, it tasted very good. This could be a way how to keep ones decorum and wits whilst out and about. Zou can have a drink with your friends, yet they'll be none the wiser, that the wine is dealcoholized". Another major fan is the international country star Shania Twain.

A beneficial aspect associated with the consumption of dealcoholized wine is its health benefits, which have been proven through scientific research. Experts agree that grape wine in general - whether with or without alcohol - has a protective effect  on the cardiovascular system, as apart from alcohol i contains phenolics, which work as antioxidants. These help to lower the production oxidized lipoproteins, which are the main cause of arteriosclerosis (hardening of the arteries).

Experts agree, that there is no measurable difference between red and white wine in terms of positive effects on health. This confirmed by professor Milan Samanek from the Prague-Motol Teaching Hospital Cardiocenter: "I must admit, that I really am quite partial to white wine. However, I was drawn to red wine due to data about its benefits in the prevention of heart attacks - the most common cause of illness and death in the Czech Republic. I started studying the causal links and discovered, that the positive health benefits for humans are not just restricted to red wine, but can be found with white wine as well." More importantly according to professor Samanek is to drink a small amount of wine each day, for which dealcoholized Carl Jung wine is ideal, given that it has the same beneficial effects of wine with alcohol.
